• Developing a new Lean System that encourage innovative ideas, spread lean culture
• Allows Lean admins, HODs, Senior Management to evaluate, follow-up on all Lean activities (Kaizen cards, Lean Projects and Lean Trainings).

We cooperated with DP World Sokhna in the Mobile app Design, in iLean Management Systems the encourage innovation ideas spread lean Culture, Also, ilean Management app contain a-lot of modules like ( Kaizen Card,A3 Project, MR, QRM, Reporting, Auditing, Training, Innovation & Rewarding)
