Scope Lean is Developing a new Lean System that encourage innovative ideas, spread lean culture in OrbScope.
Allows Lean admins, HODs, Senior Management to evaluate, follow-up on all OrbScope Lean activities (Kaizen cards,
Lean Projects, and Lean Trainings).

• LSW (Leader Standard Work) Module (which contains MR (management Routine) & QRM (Quick Response Management).
• Reporting Module (to be embedded within the Application and Linked to PI system).
• Auditing Module.
• Training Module.
• Innovation Module.
• Lean Rewarding Module.
• Templates (be able to download all templates within the application directly from home page icon).

Access and communication
• OrbScope employees (All OrbScope employees and Contractual employees outsource labors) can access system through Web or Mobile devices (Mobile versions iOS/Android).
• System accessible in English, Arabic Languages.
• Users can be notified by email/SMS.
