Job purpose:
As an ERPNext consultant, you will work with clients to understand their business needs and
then design and implement an ERPNext solution that meets those needs. You will also be
responsible for training clients on how to use ERPNext and providing ongoing support after
implementation.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Gathering requirements from clients and translating them into technical specifications
- Designing and implementing ERPNext solutions
- Configuring ERPNext to meet the specific needs of each client
- Migrating data from existing systems to ERPNext
- Training clients on how to use ERPNext
- Providing ongoing support to clients after implementation
- Ensure that all deliverables meet the client’s expectations
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in project management or a related field
- Experience with ERPNext or similar ERP systems
- Strong understanding of business processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
